About the readings
Do I have to believe in astrology for this to be useful?
No. Think of a reading as a structured prompt for self-inquiry. Many of our most thoughtful users treat the symbols as a mirror — a way to slow down and look at their life from a different angle. Belief is optional; reflection is the actual product.
How accurate is this?
Calculations (chart geometry, planetary positions, dashas, numerology grids) are mathematically precise. Interpretation is, by definition, interpretive — we mark every claim with a confidence tag (High / Medium / Worth holding lightly) so you know what to trust.
Why combine four different systems?
No single tradition has a monopoly on insight. Western astrology is excellent at psychological patterns; Vedic Jyotish excels at timing and life-cycle context; Tarot is unmatched for present-moment reflection; Numerology surfaces foundational temperament. Together they triangulate.
Privacy & data
What do you do with my birth details?
Birth details are encrypted at rest, used only to generate your readings, and never sold or shared with advertisers. You can delete every byte of your data with one click in your account — no questions, no hold period, no "are you sure" guilt trips.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your birth data is never used to train public AI models. AI sees the calculations needed to produce your specific reading, and that interaction is not retained for training.
Do I need to sign up to use the free tools?
No. The Personality Snapshot, Tarot Studio, and Numerology calculator run without an account. Signup is only needed if you want to save your readings or buy a paid report.
Payments & reports
What does a paid report give me that the free tools do not?
Depth and synthesis. The free tools answer single questions in single systems. A paid report runs all four systems on a specific life situation (career crossroads, relationship, year-ahead) and produces a 15–25 page synthesis with a concrete 30-day plan.
Why is the price different in India vs other countries?
We are India-first. Indian users see INR pricing tuned to local purchasing power; users in other countries see USD pricing tuned to their market. Same product, fair price for the market you live in.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if a report does not meet the standards on our ethics page. No fine print, no "store credit." See the full policy at /refunds.
The hard questions
Will you tell me when I am going to die?
No. We refuse this category of question entirely. Astrologers who claim to predict death dates are either deceiving themselves or deceiving you. We are not interested in either.
Will you tell me my house is cursed and I need to buy a remedy?
No. We do not sell remedies, gemstones, pujas, or "removal" services. The remedies racket is the part of traditional astrology we built CosmicPath specifically to be an alternative to.
My family astrologer said something scary. What do I do?
Take a breath. Bring the specific concern to a CosmicPath reading and we will work through what the symbols actually say — without the fear amplification. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional first (resources on our /ethics page).
