Refund Policy
Seven days. No questions. No fine print.
Paid reports are not live yet. When they launch, this is the policy that will govern them. The principles below are binding.
01 The simple version
If a paid report does not meet the standards described on our ethics page, or if you simply feel it did not serve you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions, no fine print, no "store credit."
02 What qualifies
A refund is appropriate when:
- The report failed to deliver due to a technical error on our end.
- The report contained content that violated our ethics policy (fear-selling, remedy upsells, death predictions).
- The calculations were demonstrably wrong (incorrect chart, wrong dasha, etc.).
- You simply decided within 7 days that the report did not serve you. We trust your judgment.
03 How to request
Email support@cosmicpath.ai with:
- The order ID from your receipt.
- One sentence on why (optional but helps us improve).
We will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. For Razorpay (India), refunds typically appear in 5–7 business days. For Stripe (global), 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
04 After 7 days
If a serious issue surfaces beyond the 7-day window (technical defect, calculation error, ethics violation), email us anyway. We will review case-by-case. Our default position is to err on the side of the customer.
05 Free tools
The Personality Snapshot, Tarot Studio, Numerology calculator, and other free tools have nothing to refund — they are free. If they did not work for you, we still want to hear about it at support@cosmicpath.ai.
06 Why this policy
A 7-day no-questions refund window is unusual in the spiritual / astrology industry. Many providers offer none at all. We offer it because:
- If our product is good, people will not abuse it.
- If our product is bad, refunds are the right outcome anyway.
- We would rather lose a sale than keep money from someone who feels misled.
