CosmicPath is a software platform that generates spiritual reflections by combining ephemeris calculations (Western astrology, Vedic Jyotish, Tarot, Numerology) with AI-assisted narrative writing.

Readings are interpretive, not predictive. They are intended as tools for self-inquiry and structured reflection — not as forecasts of specific future events, medical diagnoses, financial advice, or legal counsel.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CosmicPath. By using the service you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (especially birth date, time, and place — these directly affect calculation accuracy).

Free tools can be used without an account. To save readings or purchase reports, you need an account with a verifiable email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us immediately at security@cosmicpath.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid reports are charged at the price shown at checkout, in the currency selected based on your country (INR for India via Razorpay, USD for other markets via Stripe).

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the report(s) you select. Recurring subscriptions, when offered in the future, will be clearly labeled and require explicit consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harm, defame, or harass any other person (including by generating readings about them without their consent).
• Submit chart data that you know to be fraudulent or stolen.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse the service.
• Resell or rebrand our outputs as your own astrologer service.
• Use the service to make medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

The CosmicPath brand, software, design system, and report templates are our property.

The specific reading or report generated for you is yours — you may print it, share it, save it, or quote from it. We retain the right to keep an encrypted copy for your account access (deletable on request).

This reflection is interpretive and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

If a reading touches on a medical, psychological, legal, or financial concern, we will say so and point you toward qualified professionals. The reading itself is not advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicPath AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree that you make your own life decisions. We provide reflections; we do not make decisions for you.

You may close your account at any time from the Account → Privacy panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.

On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. Already-generated reports remain accessible to you for download for 30 days after termination unless you delete them sooner.

These terms are governed by the laws of TBD. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country grants you a non-waivable right to local courts.
